The service at Rocky Reef Resort is incredibly average. The staff is polite but not very attentive. The food is decent, but nothing special. The rooms are clean, but not particularly comfortable. Overall, it's an okay place to stay if you're on a tight budget, but I wouldn't recommend it for a luxurious vacation.
