I'm rather disappointed lately with Ongo.

I'm rather disappointed lately with Ongo.
Emergencies (I.e. no hot water/heating) aren't really treated as such and you will not be able to have this repaired same day.
Twice somebody has 'repaired' our boiler, only for it now to be in a worse condition than before.
Also, the technicians can be rude at times, which makes things worse.
I look forward to being able to live out of Lincolnshire so that I never have to deal with Ongo again.
