I've been with Artesa for quite some time now, and I must say that their services have been satisfactory. The customer service team is helpful and responsive. The website is easy to navigate, and I appreciate the convenience of online banking. However, I feel that the interest rates could be more competitive. Overall, Artesa is a decent bank to do business with.
