Bus hasn’t come two times now.

Normally the service is pretty standard, buses are usually late which is expected. However two times now the bus just hasn’t come. The only way you can find out if the buses are coming is through their twitter page which takes time to update. But this has happened to me twice now and they still charged me full price each time. Very disappointing.
