I recently tried out the services offered by Phototouch, inc. and although it was a decent experience overall, I felt that there were areas that could be improved. The website at phototouchinc.com is user-friendly and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the communication to be lacking as my inquiries were not always promptly addressed. The quality of the photos I received was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. While I may consider using their services again in the future, I hope to see some improvements.
