I've been a customer of Pilates off the square limited for a few years now and I can confidently say that it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. The instructors are knowledgeable and skilled, and the classes are always challenging yet enjoyable. The studio is clean, well-maintained, and has a friendly atmosphere. I have seen incredible improvements in my strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. I highly recommend Pilates off the square limited!
