N.a.v. I took an extra move / contents insurance h...

N.a.v. I took an extra move / contents insurance here for an international move. The move of my household contents went very wrong, with damage to my household contents. And so I filed a declaration with this insurer. 4 Weeks later and still no response, no file number, no questionnaire, no documents ... nothing at all! They would like to receive my money, but when you have to call on them, they are not at home! Except for one message: my declaration was forwarded to the company CED which claims related to. moves for them. You insure with them, but in case of damage it suddenly becomes another company? I still received no response from CED, no phone call, no email, absolutely nothing !! You just throw your money out here. Stay away from here !!
