Our experience with Beatrix and The Whipple Group could not have been better! We were terrible first-time buyers: lived out of state with very specific aesthetic and area in mind and unpredictable work schedules. Beatrix handled it like a pro, with her professionalism, expertise, and around-the-clock responsiveness. She made sure we were informed enough to navigate the process and she was always available to offer assistance. I know she fought hard for us in the negotiations and we appreciate that every day in our perfect home. Best of all, she is fun to hang out with and we are happy to have gained a good friend too. If I could give Beatrix and her entire team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
