I recently hired a shredding company and was extremely disappointed with their service. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They also charged me more than what was initially quoted. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again. Luckily, I found Titan Shred and they exceeded my expectations. Their staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them!
