I had a mixed experience with Topomig equipamentos. While their products are of good quality, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries, and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. However, once I received the product, I was impressed with its performance. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
