The experience with Alpes was overall average. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but their customer service could be improved. I had some issues with a faulty item, and it took them quite a while to process the replacement. However, once the replacement arrived, it was in good condition and worked perfectly. Overall, I would say that Alpes is an okay company to work with.
