I have been attending Kauffer Pilates for a few months now, and I can't express how much I love it! The instructors are incredibly talented and friendly. They always ensure that each exercise is tailored to my abilities and goals. The studio has a welcoming vibe, and the equipment is top-notch. I have noticed significant improvements in my strength, flexibility, and posture since joining Kauffer Pilates. Highly recommend!
