I recently became a customer of Inovape comunicações and I must say, their service is average. While they have a good range of products, the overall experience is just okay. I expected more from a company with such a great website like inovape.com. The customer service is not excellent but they do try to help, so that's a plus. I think Inovape comunicações has the potential to improve and provide a better service overall.
