Scoot Networks, INC is an average company. Their service is not bad, but it's not great either. I would say it's just average. I have been using their scooters for a few months now and overall, I'm satisfied with the experience. The scooters are easy to use and they always work properly. The only downside is that sometimes there are not enough scooters available in my area, which can be frustrating. But other than that, everything has been fine.
