I have had several appointments and multiple interactions with Noran Clinic over the last 9 months and have nothing positive to say other than the superb quality of the neurologist herself. I am posting this review after attempts at addressing concerns directly with the clinic have gone unanswered.

Noran Clinic was irresponsibly and painfully slow to act on an brain MRI and genetic testing referral for my son, and it took me more than three months and several phone calls to receive a copy of his test results.

When scheduling our most recent appointment, we were told that it needed to be a virtual telehealth appointment. We waited in the virtual waiting room for 30 minutes before I got ahold of someone on the phone who said they mistakenly thought it was an in-person appointment even though they knew their system was having issues with identifying the type of appointment. When I expressed that I didn't think in-person appointments were possible, I was told that I could have asked the scheduler for a supervisor to specifically request one, as if that should be my job. The neurologist finally joined the virtual appointment we were waiting for, however this morning I have been bombarded with phone and email messages that our appointment was missed and I must call the clinic to discuss.

Noran Clinic is a MESS.
