City Hall carried out debris cleaning service on the street where I live and the tractor (for no reason, the front of my house is always clean) climbed on top of my sidewalk, broke all the sidewalk I paid to do. What a loss this Colombo City Hall left me! IPTU is more expensive than Curitiba .... and the service is of poor quality. They do not clean the streets properly. The Mayor only makes misleading advertising. I made a complaint at the Ombudsman's Office in Colombo, but it is another service that does not work in this municipality.
