I've tried several yoga studios in the past, but Yoga Central LLC is by far the best. The instructors are amazing, providing clear instructions and always offering modifications when needed. The studio itself is beautiful, with a calming atmosphere. I appreciate the variety of classes they offer, as it allows me to try different styles of yoga.
