I still don't understand how an organization doesn...

I still don't understand how an organization doesnt want their payment in full? The Summit County Veteran's Service Commission has my Sept mortgage payment to send your agency plus they faxed in a W-9 that had to be faxed back so they can do business with your agency and remit the three month payment to you. Does not your agency want the full payment or are you trying to wait for four months so you can foreclose on a disabled Veteran? Your Superviser has not called them or me back. No wonder other posts on here seem to be negative. Trying to take care of things after a hardship and you cant talk tn them without repeating everything over and over?
