Absolutely horrible service! Austin Fehl called in June to complete a Streamline to lower my interest rate. Everything was fine, I submitted all the required paperwork on time. I followed up in August to see what's the hold up and was informed that they had everything they needed from me, just waiting on another internal document but loans take from 30 to 45 days to close, ummmm, it's Sept and after a couple of emails from me trying to get an update on closing with no response, I told them to cancel, I'll use another bank! His response to that email was directly to the loan processor to just cancel the loan, nothing else. So mad they made me waste almost 3 months on this process with them!! No wonder they have 1.3 rating, and I'm sure if we had the option to give them a Negative Star, they would have all negative stars!!!
