This franchise in Flagstaff needs to dig their head out of the sand....they charged $40 extra (on top of the $60 i already pre-paid for the service) because I could not make it to a scheduled service,. I've had experiences where this company calls to cancel/change appts within a couple of hours of service, and I get zero for the inconvenience.

I hope you enjoy the $40...because it's the last dollar you'll ever get from me.
