As a long-time customer of this bank, I have mixed feelings about their service. While the staff is generally friendly, I find that some of them lack the knowledge and expertise required to assist me with more complex financial matters. Additionally, the website could be more user-friendly. I appreciate the convenience of their mobile banking app, though.
