I recently moved out from the house that I rented through Valley fair Realty I was there for about three years and during the time I was there they were great! If I had any maintenance needs at all I would just call them in and they would get taken care of very quickly and upon move out I received almost all my deposit back and what I didn t receive they noted very clearly why it was taken out. As long as you take care of the property you re staying in you should have no issues I would definitely rent from them again in the future if I needed to.
