I recently came across an organization that aims to bring yoga to children called Yoga Foster. I have been really impressed with the resources they offer. The online lesson plans are well-designed and easy to follow. They have created a safe and inclusive space for kids to learn and practice yoga. I'm grateful for the work they are doing to promote a healthy lifestyle for children.
