I had a mixed experience with Kinetic Kitchen and Bath LLC. While their products are of good quality, their customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. The prices were reasonable, but the lack of professionalism was a letdown. I would only recommend this company if you prioritize price over customer service.
