I recently purchased filters from another company and I must say, I am disappointed. The filters were not as effective as I had hoped and the customer service was subpar. I decided to switch to Excellect filter factory and I couldn't be happier. Their filters are excellent and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.
