Called in hopes of getting a bumper from you guys, I called asking if someone would be able to help me order a Dura flex bumper, but when I called up I talk to the front desk Vanessa, she was really unprofessional and rude, didn t want to help me or even transfer me to someone who could help. Instead I get hung up on. Never have I delt with someone so unprofessional. Not the kind of person you would want as the face of your company when a customer walks in. Not going to recommend to my friends with her in the front. Very disrespectful.
