I have been a customer of Kokteyl bilgi tek. hiz. a.s. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. They have a decent range of products and their website is easy to navigate. However, there have been a few instances where I had issues with delivery and their customer support was not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
