I have been attending Yoga Loft Chicago for about a year now and I absolutely love it. The instructors are skilled and friendly, and the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. The classes are challenging but also adaptable to different levels of experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and centered. Highly recommend!
