I would give this hotel 10 stars if it was possibl...

I would give this hotel 10 stars if it was possible. Enjoyed every moment of it from check in to check out. All of the staff were very attentive and friendly. Location is perfect.
Even though the hotel doesn't have it's own dedicated car park, they did advised a nearby street where we can park for free which wasn't very far.
You guys made our stay very very pleasant, you all deserve a pat in the back and a hug. Well done Novotel Queenstown Lakeside!
