The best decision we made was not signing a long term lease at Spaces. It s nothing worse then paying for a office space and finding out the bad reviews of the location are all accurate. I was promised a new desk upon moving in like the remaining 80% of the open room, 3 months later that never happened. Once it was brought up again to the person who sold me on the space, I was given the option of two random desks that weren t even close each from each other. All of the energy in spaces business model is getting the sale and not maintaining the customer. The staff is as rude as the other reviews mentioned, the billing in horrific. Parking is far AF in the case of bad weather. Space tenants don t even have Battery free parking access or even a discount. Spaces tenants have a open lot parking location that is close to 4 minutes. Asking for your deposit once you leave is a headache. Bad bad bad all across the board. Look elsewhere.
