I needed access to my account on a Saturday. On the new web site, nothing worked to get into my account, which I've had several years. I called the 800 number. Guess what? THEY ARE CLOSED! This is so ridiculous words cannot describe it. Shame on you for screwing up the web site. People need to be able to get help 24/7. Some of us need to know immediately what is in the account. Yes, EVEN ON WEEKENDS!
