I have been a customer of Sparkk for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The delivery time is usually on schedule, which is a plus. However, I have had a couple of issues with their customer support in the past. Overall, I would rate my experience with Sparkk as average.
