Large hotel, spacious rooms, excellent location be...

Large hotel, spacious rooms, excellent location because it is directly on the slopes, another positive note is the hotel rental,
Nice pool and spa but not 4 star ... rooms are big and that's it! Old bathroom furniture even older you hear what happens in the other bathroom.
The hotel is part of a chain ... so everything left a bit like that
We start from our arrival ... not very courteous at the reception, a smile every now and then, .. given the position they occupy. They tell you things in installments, ask questions they answer in monosyllables.
In one room the pillows were missing when we arrived, it took an afternoon to get them ... they couldn't find them ... the sheets were stained.
13 year olds PAY LIKE ADULTS including card but ........ they cannot take advantage of anything ...
The card includes entertainment for children up to 12 years ... so nothing
The card includes the use of the swimming pool but they can only use it until 6.00 pm (we are in the mountains so normally during the day we are skiing)
The card includes the spa but the spa (rightly so) can be used by adults ...
So we ask the reception why they charge us for the card so as not to use it ... answer: IT IS THE POLICY OF THE HOTEL ...
Well! We can say that we have made hotels in the mountains but this is the worst 4-star hotel ever
Let's not talk about dinner then which is better .. all buffet style and of mediocre quality
I heard people say hello and see you next year ...... sorry for them that they didn't see the real 4 stars ....
