I had a mixed experience with Your Eye Investigations. While their website was easy to navigate and provided in-depth information about their services, the actual investigation process was somewhat disappointing. The investigator assigned to my case lacked attention to detail and didn't seem very motivated. However, the customer service team was responsive and tried their best to address my concerns. Overall, my experience with Your Eye Investigations was average.
