I have been living at Signature Point Apartments for a year now and it has been a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is always prompt in addressing any issues. The grounds are well-kept and the location is convenient. My only suggestion would be to improve the soundproofing between units. Overall, I would rate it as average.
