I have been a customer of Gilmore Research Group for several years now, and I must say that my experience with them has been average. While their website is user-friendly and the rates they offer are competitive, I have found their customer service to be lacking. There have been numerous occasions where I have had to follow up multiple times to get a response to my queries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
