Dicks carpet one is an average company. Their carpet installation service was satisfactory but not outstanding. The quality of the carpet was decent and it has held up well so far. However, the customer service could use some improvement. The salesperson I dealt with was not very knowledgeable and didn't seem very interested in helping me find the right carpet for my needs. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
