Very poor customer service , the lady that was on ...

Very poor customer service , the lady that was on the phone with me tried to be smart and talk me over. She was really unhelpful and rude. I really think that someone should check the phone records & deal with those people ,replace them for the ones who respect others especial when you need to deal with people that are sick & looking for help .
I have called them once again to confirm my appointment & another lady has been dealing with me , same situation. VERY RUDE ! what is wrong with people ????
