The experience with Saks Technology has been overall average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer support to be lacking. The response time for my inquiries was quite slow, and they were not very helpful in resolving my issues. However, I must admit that their product quality is good and their prices are reasonable.
