I had an average experience with Rodier flowers. The flowers were not delivered on time, and the arrangement was not as pictured on the website. However, when I contacted customer service, they were very apologetic and offered to send a replacement arrangement free of charge. The second arrangement arrived on time and was beautiful. Overall, the customer service was great and I appreciated their efforts to make things right.
