I recently had the pleasure of working with Sandino, Brent K from mlfinancialservices.com, and I must say, the experience was average. Their customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The communication was adequate, and they were able to answer all my queries. However, I feel like there was room for improvement in terms of providing more detailed explanations. Overall, I had an okay experience with them.
