I recently used WalkThruNYC for a tour of New York City, and I must say it was an average experience. The guide was knowledgeable, but not very enthusiastic. The tour itself covered all the major attractions, but it lacked that extra spark. It felt like just going through the motions rather than truly immersing ourselves in the city's history and culture. Overall, it was an okay tour, but I expected more.
