If I could give this company 0 stars I would. When I first started there, it was amazing. So many opportunities to move up, helpful chain of command, etc. The work was great. And then things went drastically downhill. You are incredibly underpaid, and chances of getting a raise are slim. Profit sharing? They haven t seen a profit sharing check in over a year and a half, maybe even 2 years. All of our profit goes into buildings that we don t even use. Employee owned yet any big changes aren t run by the owners , management does not care about their employees, nor does the president of the company. HR is useless when it comes to toxicity in the workplace and it doesn t matter if you have hard proof of managerial abuse, it s your fault. Turnover rate is HORRIBLE and they don t do anything about it. Do NOT work for this company!
