The lady (Joan) will scam you out of your application fees knowing fully well that these properties are already taken. She'll call you the day before your "supposed" move-in date with some cockamamie story of an oversight and a pathetic apology. It's just a scam to collect & rack up application fees!! 90% of their so-called "AVAILABLE" properties have already been rented out WEEKS prior!
