I've had an average experience with Kern Schools Federal Credit Union. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but there were a few instances where I felt the service could have been better. The rates are competitive, but I've seen better offers elsewhere. The online banking platform is convenient, but it lacks certain features I would like to see.
