I had an average experience with Architectural Iron Company, INC. The quality of their iron products is decent, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The delivery of my order was delayed, and when I contacted their support team, they were not very responsive. Overall, I would say that their products are average, but they need to improve their customer service.
