I had an overall average experience with Skillbill srl. While their website is easy to navigate and their products are of good quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and the representatives I spoke with were not very helpful. I would recommend Skillbill srl for their products, but they definitely need to improve their customer support.
