I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Winter Haven Health & Rehab and I must say, it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but there was nothing exceptional about the care provided. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but not particularly impressive. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
