Very poor quality and parts available only 2 years ...

Here is my bad experience concerning a Marius Morel frame bought in 2016 and for which the quality of the French manufacture was put to me by the dealer.

At the beginning of 2020, the plastic of the face cracked suddenly, without impact or fall, for no reason, and therefore could no longer hold one of the lenses in the frame!

The optician managed to find the last face of the glasses available, except that the temples would have had to be changed too, because there is now play and they move on their own, therefore not allowing the frame to be properly held on. the face.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer Marius Morel no longer manufactures the parts 2 years after the release of a collection !!!

At the cost of a pair of glasses, around 650 euros for me with the lenses, having to throw away a pair because of non-repairable temples is for me scandalous and for me akin to planned obsolescence.
It seems that eyewear Marius Morel forgets that before being a fashion accessory, glasses are above all a medical device.

The French quality would seem to me to have taken a good hit in the wing if it had to be reduced to Marius Morel glasses and their unworthy commercial policy.
