S&S uses a very easy system to log in, pay rent and submit maintenance requests. When contacting the office, the people we have spoken with have been wonderful and very accommodating. After having dealt with terrible property management companies over the years, it is refreshing to find an honest company. Glad we found them! Plus, we love our place so that makes it even better ;) Thanks!
